Machol Maryland 2026
Machol Maryland is an adult Israeli dance camp located in the DC/MD/VA (DMV) area. Participants will enjoy learning new dances, specialty dance sessions, and three evening marathons.
The camp will begin Thursday, January 8, 2026 and end Sunday, January 11, 2026 at the Hilton in Rockville, Maryland, USA.
We will dance together on two large wood dance floors in the Hilton’s largest ballrooms.

Start and End Times
Camp begins on Thursday afternoon, at 3pm, January 8, 2026 with registration and welcome dancing. Camp ends Sunday morning, around 6am, January 11, 2026 after a full night of dancing.
Registration
Food
MMD26 registration includes all meals from Thursday dinner through Sunday breakfast. Yummy snacks will also be provided throughout the weekend and we will have a (necessary!) ice cream party.
All food will be kosher-style. Our caterer does not have kosher supervision / a heksher, but milk and meat will not be mixed at a single meal. Kosher meals with a heksher can be requested in the registration form.

The Hilton is a 4-star hotel located centrally in Rockville, MD. The hotel has free WiFi in guest rooms, a business center, a fitness center, and many other amenities.
We have a special group rate for our registrants at the Hilton: $110/per room/per night + taxes & fees. This special rate applies to 2 Queen Beds and 1 King Bed rooms.
Please note that the booking website is preloaded with all of the dates eligible for this rate (January 6-12, 6 nights). When booking, make sure to adjust the dates to match your intended length of stay.

Shirts
We will have special shirts just for 2026! Order shirts within the registration form.
T-shirts and tank tops are $20 and sweatshirts are $30. All shirts have the MMD26 logo on the front center except for the zip up hoodie sweatshirt, where the logo is placed back center.
You must register and pay in full by December 8, 2025 to get a shirt at camp.
Transportation
The Rockville Hilton is relatively equidistant to Dulles (IAD), Reagan National (DCA), and Baltimore Washington International (BWI) airports. These airports are about a 45 minute drive away from the hotel, depending on traffic.
Metro access is available from Dulles and National. We recommend using National if you want to use the metro, as it is a significantly shorter ride. From DCA, you can take the Metro to the Twinbrook station (red line), which is immediately next to the hotel.
Parking in the Hilton garage (below ground) is included in your registration for Machol Maryland. When entering or exiting, please inform the attendee that you are a Machol Maryland registrant, and they should let you through. Payment for parking at the Hilton during non-event days are the responsibility of the individual.
Scholarship
If you would like to request scholarship money to help pay for your Machol Maryland 2026 admission, please fill out this Scholarship Application prior to November 10, 2025.
The scholarship fund is used make Machol Maryland accessible to anyone interested in attending. Scholarships are will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis while the funds are available. Scholarship awards will be emailed by December 1, 2025.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted to MacholMaryland@gmail.com. Registrations are not transferrable.
Oct 1, 2025 - Nov 1, 2025 - $50 cancellation fee per person
Nov 2, 2025 - Dec 2, 2025 - $150 cancellation fee per person
After Dec 2, 2025 - NO REFUND

COVID-19 Policy
Participants are expected to take a COVID-19 test on the day of camp. If you test positive, please let us know.
